David Montgomery has been with the Roger Cox & Associates since 1999.  For many years, David specialized in lot and home sales in Paa-Ko Communities.  Now he offers full real estate services throughout the greater Albuquerque market.

Prior to moving into real estate, David owned and operated several restaurants in New Mexico, then spent approximately twenty years in the hospitality industry, in hotel and resort management.  He was General Manager with Doubletree, Ramada and Hilton Hotels, and Director of Operations with Doubletree.  All were full-service hotels.

David is a member of GAAR (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors), LIN (Leasing Information Network), CARNM (Commercial Association of Realtors, New Mexico), and specializes in retail sales and leasing.

He has worked with REO or bank-owned real estate disposition and brings a wide range of negotiation, evaluation and land acquisition/development skills to Roger Cox customers.
